CDWM Sewer and Water Restoration Program

The CDWM Sewer and Water Restoration Program consisted of the planning, management and program controls of a 5 year $600M Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for treatment plants, pumping stations and sewer and water distribution system projects.  CWP’s management of the Department’s CIP focused on the 1460 MGD (peak) Jardine Water Purification Plant and 12 pumping stations which produce a total installed pumping capacity of 3.6 bgd.  CWP provided overall CIP budget and project planning and the development of system-wide planning documents and facility plans for individual plants, pumping stations and over 4,500 miles of the water distribution system.
